Assignment plus Practical Assessment
Focus: This is to help you become an effective speaker who is diplomatic, understands his or her audience and can cut through the noise
Coaching Topic Goal: To help every participant become more diplomatic with the use of audience understanding and the politics of speaking.
What would it take to deliver a speech that resonates? It is beyond preparation and practice, it’s beyond confidence and imperfection. Why would your audience open up? Why would your audience loosen up? Why would your interview be successful? Why should they make you feel welcomed? Why should you be accepted even though you are of a different class or level?
When you meet a well balanced communicator, he understands the diplomacy and politics that comes with handling any kind of audience. He comes armed with not only knowledge but with understanding and wisdom. So what and what should a speaker know how to do. What should a speaker know before delivering his well prepared speech? Because audience chemistry always helps speech effectiveness.
In course topic 4, we take you on the journey of being a diplomatic communicator who understands what it means to make connection and strike mutual learning experiences for both the speaker and the audience. Welcome to Course Topic 4.
