Coaching Topic Goal: At the end of this course, all participants should be able to masterfully persuade friends, family and the society.
If I can speak but can’t persuade, how influential would I be? Successful men and women of note today are people who persuaded and influenced other people to do what they want. If I am not persuasive and influential, how then would I be able to lead? We all yearn for leadership but this is the core to leading effectively.
Understanding people and how they think. Understanding their needs and what they mean. Understanding their pride and what makes them thick. Understanding their environment and how it has affected their reasoning. Understanding their beliefs and how precious it is to them. Understanding their love and what makes them weak. These and many more are what effective communicators understand in terms of pre and post persuasion.
This course is one that takes you on a journey of making you become more persuasive, to increase your level of influence over people and even test your know how and present state when it comes to persuading and influencing people.
